Terms of Service

By accessing or using Daily Scaffold (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

Daily Scaffold is a gamified learning platform for system design education. The Service provides interactive lessons, practice questions, progress tracking, and related educational content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; scrape, copy, or redistribute content without our written consent; upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation; harass, impersonate, or harm other users.

The leaderboard is optional and off by default. If you choose to appear on it, you must pick a public username that is not offensive, misleading, impersonating, or infringing. We may remove a username or leaderboard entry that violates these terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@dailyscaffold.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content on the Service — including lessons, questions, illustrations, and branding — is owned by Daily Scaffold or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent. Your own user-generated content remains yours; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to display and deliver it as part of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Scaffold and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@dailyscaffold.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
